Our team has an average employment in Dr. Sarver’s office of 111/2 years. This type of longevity results in an experienced staff with unparalled understanding of the needs of the orthodontic office in terms of caring, clinical skills, and customer service. All staff are trained and certified in CPR, and all clinical staff are certified by the Academy of Orthodontic Assisting

Cynthia Grammas – Appointment Coordinator

Cynthia manages the phone and her many other tasks with tremendous zeal and enthusiasm.  She wants to make each call to us a happy experience. Cynthia has been a vital part of Dr. Sarver’s team for over 20 years and maintains a sunny attitude every day! When not in the office, she is a fitness coach, Sunday school teacher, and enjoys her time in service of many charities, dancing, and Greek music.

Tricia Cleveland –Patient & Surgical Coordinator

As Patient Coordinator, Tricia assists Dr. Sarver in the consultation phase and works with patients and their families in discussing information regarding treatment, fees, and scheduling.  In addition, Tricia manages the coordination of surgical patients with other dental and medical offices involved.  She has spent her career with Dr. Sarver, her first and only job for 27 years! She has done it all, from clinical Assistant, Clinical manager, phone, and bottle washer! Tricia enjoys family, photography, and cheering for the Crimson Tide.

Linda Lawley – New Patient Coordinator

As New Patient Coordinator, Linda will gather pertinent information to prepare Dr. Sarver for your initial visit. With 33 years of clinical experience (20 with Dr. Sarver), she will help explain procedures and answer any questions about the treatment plan in general.  She loves to paint and draw, enjoys reading, collecting Depression glass and other antiques, and participating in philanthropic causes such as “Find the Cure Breast Cancer Research.”

Rebecca Payne – Appointment Coordinator

Rebecca can help guide you through the initial treatment process and always does so with a smile. With over 25 years of experience in Dr. Sarver’s office, she takes exceptional pride in helping to create a family atmosphere and ensuring that “friendly staff” is a phrase everyone uses to describe our practice. She enjoys time with her family (and grandchildren!), reading, and interior design and decorating.

Kristi Martin – Financial & Marketing Coordinator

Kristi has been with the practice since high school. While holding full time employment as a Clinical Assistant, Kristi obtained her degree in accounting. She helps patients in the financial and insurance areas and also coordinates the practice’s marketing efforts, including social networking, contests, and the rewards program.  Away from the office, Kristi enjoys time with family, cooking, camping, outdoor activities and Auburn football.

Erica Lantrip – Clinical & Patient Flow Coordinator

Erica is another who worked for Dr. Sarver in high school and joined the practice full time upon graduation. Erica serves as Clinical Manager and has a major role in staff education and training. Her 10 years of clinical experience permits her to expertly manage the clinical environment.  She also plays a major role in educating patients about caring for their teeth and appliances, while simultaneously ensuring that the flow of patients from check-in to checkout is seamless. An Erica enjoys time with family and friends, Auburn football, and riding dirt bikes.

Lindsay Kornegay – Clinical Assistant

Lindsay assists in the clinic and with her 6 years of experience will answer any question you have on what to expect during treatment.  She takes great pride in ensuring that all patients have a fun and comfortable orthodontic experience. Lindsay enjoys spending time with her son and daughter, cheering for the Crimson Tide, and relaxing at the beach.

Melanie Downey – Clinical Assistant

Melanie believes that patient care should always be delivered with a smile.  During her 10 years at Dr. Sarver’s office, quality of care and patient experience are the two key factors in her approach to clinical assisting.  Melanie manages the external three dimensional projects Dr. Sarver is involved in (Insignia individualized CAD-Cam appliances) and the Invisalign patients. Melanie enjoys spending time with her family, church participation, and Alabama football.

Erika Killian – Clinical Assistant

Erika's 8 years of experience in Dr. Sarver’s office makes her not only a top notch Orthodontic Assistant, but she also helps in the creation of multimedia and presentations for Dr. Sarver.  Erika puts patient care at the forefront of her efforts.  She spends time away from the office with her husband and two children, and enjoys her time with family, friends, and serving her church.

Amber Gann– Clinical Assistant

Amber approaches her role with a desire to make the experience so enjoyable that patients look forward to their appointments.  She is an invaluable part of the team with 9 years of clinical experience. She participates in an active fitness regimen that includes jazzercise and Zumba, and enjoys time at the beach and Auburn football.

Erin Parsons – Clinical Assistant

Erin takes big pride in participating in the life-changing treatment that our practice provides to its patients.  Helping to create beautiful faces and smiles and seeing the amazing results are two joys that fuel her enthusiasm for the practice.  She is currently working toward a college degree and is Invisalign certified.  She enjoys, family, friends, shopping, traveling,  snow skiing, cooking, and decorating.

Jessica Guarino – Clinical Assistant

Jessica believes that quality of care is most fully provided in a fun and energetic environment.  As such, she approaches her role of Orthodontic Assistant with zeal and vigor, and hopes that every patient leaves the office with a smile. She enjoys time with family and friends and cheering on the Crimson Tide.

Lani Smith – Financial Coordinator

Lani began her career with Dr. Sarver as one of his early patients at age 12. She worked in the office after hours in Berry High School and went on to obtain her degree in Business Management from Auburn in 1989. She then joined our practice after as a Business Coordinator with responsibilities in management of the business side of the practice.  Most of her responsibilities are behind the scene, but her expertise in insurance and billing help to ensure that you receive your maximum insurance benefits and aid with flex plans. She also manages Dr. Sarver’s lecture schedule and travel. She is the proud mother of two, and loves spending time with family.
